13.01.2022 Things are a bit of a blur at the moment as we launch into our House Flipping side of Reno Assist. We've been connecting with agents on the Sunshine Coast this week: 11 Drive-bys, 8 House Inspections, 18 feasibility studies, sorting out workflow and templates to be able to offer members the tools to do the same in the near future. And yes it's only Tuesday! ... We've been spending our Christmas-New Year break establishing our business and website structure, confirming our business partner for the house flipping venture, leaning away from venture capital funding and bootstrapping the startup process, teaching ourselves how to use property data analysis software, membership and mail autoresponder plugins, new project management software and payment method options. I look forward to when we're big enough to hand these tasks over to the professionals. Very exciting days and we look forward to sharing the House Flipping journey via photos, videos and documentation of lessons learnt, workflows and templates to successfully flip houses in Qld. We've found some doozies and we will be living in one of the 5 we plan to flip this year. Should be fun! Apologies to my wife and our friends in advance.
