Call your local realestate agency and ask to be added to their coming soon rental database 4. Complete your application forms now online like tenantoptions.com.au or 1form.com.au. Sometime attaching a cover letter made more personal can help 5. Try and make the first inspection, if not send someone on your behalf. 6. BE ON TIME 7. Make yourself known to the property manager showing the home, even a quick text post inspection. 8. Start submitting applications prior to inspection 9. Tell your references to reply to the reference requests as soon as they receive it. 10. Don’t give up!
