19.01.2022 Successful Nominations for Reprise 2021 have been email to teachers! Reprise 2021 will be moving online to accommodate the uncertainty of Covid and to ensure the safety of performers and the community. Performances will be filmed, recorded and released for purchase early 2021 with more information to come. Thankyou to all nominating teachers, please continue to support Reprise as we are building a wonderful culture of celebrating amazing performances from our region!

14.01.2022 Day one of Reprise filming done! We’re working to produce a video of live performances for schools to purchase as a useful stage 6 teaching resource. We’ve been blown away by the talent and professionalism of this year’s musicians.

12.01.2022 The Reprise team are happy to release the 2021 digital recording for purchase! The performances were filmed and recorded at Callaghan College Jesmond in February 2021 and is comprised of band 6 candidature from the Hunter/Central Coast Region. The final digital recording also contains some student interviews regarding their HSC preparation and advice to upcoming students. Reprise showcases the best HSC music performances the region has to offer, and is a valuable teaching res...ource containing band 6 work samples across a range of instruments and styles, and advice for upcoming students on how to present performances that reflect dedication and talent. Reprise is available to order for $100 and is accessible via a Google drive link. Once a purchase order is made, teachers will be given access to the full digital recording. Reprise will only be available for stream (not download), and access will last until AUGUST 31, after which time permission to access Reprise can be purchased for an additional (reduced) fee. We have enjoyed the recording process this year which was different to the model used since Reprise began, and look forward to growing our recording program in the future, which will give regional students the opportunity to access Reprise! 11.01.2022 Another day another session filming and recording some of the beat HSC performances from across the Hunter. Blown away buy the resilience these amazing young musicians have shown, and can’t wait to share the final result with everyone! Massive Thanks to Robbie Urquhart for his photography and filming skills, without him reprise would have come to a halt!!!
