09.01.2022 Today I was lucky enough to get out of isolation and get a friend out with me. This is Stormy. He's an escape artist but can't get out of his enclosure at @ccanimalcarefacility without some help. He loved getting out for a run more than I did. He needs some training but sat straight away and took a treat very gently so I think there's plenty of potential there. Most places aren't letting volunteers in but it's worth asking, they let me take him for a run after they brought hi...m out to me. It's also worth asking some pounds and foster care groups near you if you can foster their dogs to give them a better life while they're waiting for their forever home. #rescueyourfitness #rescuedismyfavoritebreed #makeadifference #mentalhealth #fitness
