18.01.2022 What is Resveratrol? Resveratrol is a natural ingredient which can be found in various nuts, berries and in the skin of grapes. Studies have found resveratrol to have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Resveratrol has also been shown to be cardio-protective (heart) and neuro-protective (brain).
