22.01.2022 So this happed tonight. Chris completed his 300th session tonight at Boot Camp. He has achieved this with a mixture of Boot Camp, Strength Club and even 1:1 outdoor training when the gym was in lockdown. An incredible effort Chris

15.01.2022 Good afternoon Guys, There has been some slight modification to the guidelines around wearing masks indoors and exercising. This means that if you wish to do an AMRAP or any other high intensity cardio workout then it is okay to remove your mask. When your breathing is starting to return to normal please do the right thing and replace your mask afterwards.

Remember crew, if you're feeling short of breath or doing HIIT it's ok to remove your mask... Fabric mask by #dogstar whole mask was drenched in sweat. 10.01.2022 Hi guys, Queensland government has just updated their website to include the latest on the three day lockdown. Unfortunately we need to close our doors so as of 6 PM tonight you will not be allowed into the gym which means you have to vacate the gym by no later than 6 PM and the doors will reopen again on 6 PM Monday evening. 09.01.2022 Stage 3 of restrictions is due to commence Friday 3 Jul at 12 noon. I have had a few enquiries this morning about some of the larger franchise gyms already announcing that they are returning to 24/7 access as of tomorrow lunchtime I have received clarification from fitness Australia and Queensland government this morning that the COVID SAFE industry plan for fitness centres is still under review by Queensland health. Rest assured, as soon as I know I will be letting our commu...nity know and we will revert back to normal seven days per week hours from 4:30 AM - 11:30 PM. I imagine that this information will be released sometime today or tomorrow morning. There is no advanced information that the large franchise gyms have received so I am unsure why they are announcing this. I know it's important to keep your community happy but it's also equally important to keep your community safe!! Watch this space as more information will follow.

05.01.2022 I regularly read a blog, or listen to an e-book on strategies that have helped people create a more positive routine around nutrition and exercise. It makes sense that I educate myself around those things that people find most challenging when it comes to keeping fit and healthy. One thing I have found over the years of researching this topic is that it doesn't matter how educated you are around nutrition or exercise....... if your mindset is not in the right place to pri...oritise your health accordingly then it is likely that you will not achieve the outcome you desire. Everyone is different and will have different drivers and strategies. The hardest part is to discover what works for you and not what works best :-) See more
