25.01.2022 You asked, so here is some info about the yoga classes on our term timetable at 4pm on Saturdays. Can recommend! Casual attendances welcome. Yoga allows us to find balance between our body, our breath and our mind. In these restorative practices, Georgie combines slow movement, stillness and deep breathing to help her students to find space in the body and the mind, to release the tension held in both and to find a connection to the self in its many forms. ... Georgie’s personal yoga practice began as a way to relieve stress and stay fit - but quickly became so much more. She became infatuated with the mindful moments that allowed her to find a sense of stillness, connection and belonging both on and off the mat. Georgie uses a compassion-focused philosophy in her teaching and hopes to help others find these moments within themselves, too.
