14.04.2022 MORE ENERGY, BETTER SLEEP & IMPROVED DIGESTION! 10KG down is just a bonus! Tamara Longford Before I started my journey with Revolution Health and Fitness, it was recommended I take before photos. I wish I could have taken before photos of my insides not just my outsides as I feel this is where my greatest victory has been. I was overweight, I felt sluggish, I was always tired, I didn't have any energy and my skin and hair were lifeless. I appeared happy but the inside told... a different story. Within weeks of starting with Jodie, I felt better! and within a month I was experiencing major changes in my body and mind. I had lost weight but more importantly to me, I had gained energy, my digestion had clearly improved and I was sleeping better. I was feeling happier about myself and for the first time in a very long time I wanted to exercise. At the beginning of the year a family crisis prevented me from going to the gym for an extended period of time. It was at this point that I realised I had made a lifestyle change. This would usually haven been my catalyst to return to my 'old ways' to return to the unhealthy comfort choices I used to make. Instead I exercised where I could and remembered the healthy food recommendations Jodie had taught me. I was so excited to return to the gym. My body and mind had really missed it. 05.04.2022 ‘I WOULD NOT WEAR TIGHTS TO EXERCISE’ Tina Slater My health before starting with Jodie was good, as I had been getting into exercise and eating healthy diet for about 3 years and had lost 25kg. I had found though it had come to a bit of a standstill and I needed to do something different to give it a bit of a shock. This is why I started with Jodie, as I had a few injuries and needed one on one support to help me find what would work with my body. I started Personal training... sessions with Jodie which I absolutely love! It is competition with myself and I find I push and work hard every session with her encouraging me. I however now love all classes Jodie offers (especially Bodypump & Bodystep) and love how I am feeling plus the difference I am seeing in my body. One thing that I love about Revolution Health and Fitness is the friendly, supportive feel. I go to classes by myself now, which I would never have done in the past. 24.03.2022 THIS GRANDMA LOST 9KG! Kathy Peck My name is Kathy and I am 62 years young! In 2019, I had started on a journey of improving my health and fitness after many years of chronic illness and surgeries. I started with Jodie in August 2020 when I was looking for a new challenge and someone to help me meet my health goals.... After having two full hip replacements and a knee replacement, Jodie gave me ways of completing exercises that are comfortable and safe with my artificial joints. If I find anything painful or too difficult with my limited flexibility, Jodie is super supportive and finds a way to adapt the program to suit me. I have more energy and have become stronger, more flexible and toned over the past year. I have lost 9kg and many cm’s off my stomach, hips, arms and legs. Jodie has helped me develop more knowledge in the nutritional needs of my body and I have made many adaptions to my diet to better suit my body and lifestyle. The atmosphere in the group classes is great, everyone is encouraging and it is a fun way to exercise. My one on one PT sessions are very personalised to my needs and likes, Jodie helps me to concentrate on areas of my body that i want to focus on. 06.03.2022 6KG DOWN - well done Mandy Kaur I just want to say a big thanks to Irene for introducing me to Jodie and encouraging me to get into health and fitness! I have never been able to stick to anything like I have here at Revolution Health and Fitness. It’s not just about weight loss for me. Being fit and healthy is such a big dream for me! The main benefit I am seeing is how beneficial it is for my mental health & energy levels! I love that I can bring my son along with me too. No excuses!

09.02.2022 ‘I WANTED TO LOVE ME AGAIN’ Meet Irene Boshier now 20kg lighter! I was almost 80 kg and was able to finish a family size pizza on my own at 11 pm as my second dinner. I was so sluggish and unfit, I couldn’t enjoy intimacy with my lovely husband or be able to play with my little children. I would simply stay home most nights & weekends, I’d watch TV and eat deep-fried food. My life was a mess mentally and physically, everyone around me suffered especially my husband and chil...dren and most of all me. I was disgusted with what I saw in the mirror, angry at my terrible food choices and disappointed at myself for letting myself go. I started training with Jodie because I wanted to be happy again. I wanted to become a strong woman/mother/wife and I wanted to love me again. My recommendation to anyone wanting to start their fitness journey is baby steps. Start with group fitness classes twice a week and most importantly educate yourself and do a nutrition consult with Jodie (and for goodness sake give up soft drinks). Like Jodie mention’s on her posters you cannot out exercise a bad diet. Once you start to get some momentum start some strength classes, I personally enjoy the Bodypump & boxing classes, and I now have buns of steel because of it. Start with a realistic goal, mine was to lose 10 kg in 5 months, that’s only 2kgs per month...very realistic and reasonable. Starting date: Nov 2020 to now July 2021 (8 months)

07.02.2022 ‘I REFUSE TO GO BACK’ I would say i had pretty bad health before meeting Jodie. I was always getting migraines, I was constantly tired and my asthma would regularly flare up. Since starting training & nutrition with Jodie my lifestyle has severely changed. I am eating foods that are good for my body (and delicious) and I cant remember the last time that i had a migraine! My asthma has greatly improved and i have so much more energy! My friend referred me to Jodie, I knew t...hat i needed to do this for my health but i needed that extra push. I am so glad that I took the plunge into my new lifestyle for me and my family. Now my husband trains with me too and i can take the kids long when needed. My 2 year old is constantly asking to go to Jodie’s house! I love all the nutrition information that Jodie provides for us and I love the variety of training she offers. Most of all I love all of the people who train at Revolution Health & Fitness, it really is a second family. Try all of the sessions and find out what style of training you love, then it doesn’t feel like working out. You WILL NOT regret it. It is not all about the number on the scales, its about finding the healthier and happier you & feeling comfortable in your skin!
