04.01.2022 Eight names, all NSW RFS volunteers, have been added to the Emergency Services Volunteer Memorial in Sydney today. We will never forget the service of Michael ...Maria, Phillip Bell, Ian Long, Robert Panitz, Geoffrey Keaton, Andrew O’Dwyer, Samuel McPaul and Colin Burns. 102 names now appear on the memorial, recognising volunteers from the NSW Rural Fire Service, NSW State Emergency Service, Marine Rescue NSW and the NSW Volunteer Rescue Association who have paid the ultimate sacrifice protecting communities.
