11.01.2022 So good to see this rain but with the rain comes the leaks! Here is a job I attended on Friday, roof has been leaking because of blocked gutters, debris on roof and the last tradies that installed the flashing left the colourbond protective plastic on and siliconed over the top...and probably charged top dollar! I did what I could to fix it up for the tenants before the rain hit!

10.01.2022 One of the jobs recently completed by Rhett Muhleisen Carpentry. This landlord wanted to remove all the old timber decking and framing from his investment property. Once removed there was rubble, bricks and old tiles crushed up in the ground which had to be removed before Rhett could re frame and create the final master piece. Love the result, what a difference and happy tenants!
