21.01.2022 Great news to share! Our podiatrist Thomas Do Canto that left us mid year to pursue his training goals and dreams has qualified for the Marathon at the 2018 Commonwealth Games. This photo in from a race (pictured with his dad) that he finished a few hours ago in Fukuoka, Japan in a time of 2hrs 14mins!!!

With 1 in 5 Australians affected by mental illness, now is the time to break the stigma and start talking about it. So lets spread the message and support each other. As the World Mental Health Day messaging states: "Life isnt just about getting through things on your own. Its not about pushing yourself to the limit.
