14.01.2022 So, who indulged themselves over the holiday period??? Well there's no shame in it because Rhythm Nation Dance and Fitness is BACK FOR 2016! And this year is going to be bigger and better than ever!!! To get us started, our very first session back on Wednesday 24th February will be FREE! Free for existing members AND free for new ones to come and try!... We've already got some brand new tracks to groove to as well as bringing back our favourites from last year! So spread the word, tell your friends and drag them along! Can't wait to see all our beautiful regular faces again, as well as some new ones!!! Kelly xxx
