22.01.2022 Snakes ready for round 11 After some fantastic results last week, the snakes are back into the swing of things today and ready to tackle round 11. This week our girls welcome St Bedes Mentone to Kevin Bartlett Reserve for what will surely be a great matchup. ... If you’re around the Richmond area make sure you get down to watch the girls and show your support! Our men’s teams travel to Albert Park today to take on the Falcons. After some gutsy displays under lights last week our lads are ready a big round 11 clash. Both teams currently in excellent ladder positions, let’s hope they can continue their run of form, best of luck! Lastly, our thirds travel to E.E Gunn reserve to take on Ormond today. After a massive win over Prahran Assumption last week, our boys will be looking to add another 4 points today. Best of luck to all of our competing teams today! We look forward to welcoming you back to KB tonight for happy hour and to celebrate the launch of our brand new beer!

14.01.2022 Round 12 kicks off today! Today the snakes welcome Westbourne to Kevin’s Bartlett Reserve for what will be an exciting matchup. Today kicks off with the Cardinals taking on Kew Fc from 9:20AM. A thrilling one point win last week sees them set for another big one today. ... Here’s hoping the fantastic games from Jesse Lovig, Thomas Kletzmayr and Jack Baxter Carry over this week and the can secure the win. Best of luck lads! From 11:40AM our top of the table Reserves take on the Grammarians. After securing another win in a solid clash with Albert Park last week, Trav has set his boys the task to lift another level. Fantastic performances last week from Matthew White, Darcy Hale and Charlie Ampt should hopefully help lead the boys today. Good luck. From 2PM our seniors also welcome the Grammarians to KB. They boys have flicked the switch as they took a huge win over Albert Park last week and look to continue that trend into today’s match. Billy Browning-Briese, Michael Naawi and Cameron Pullen were at the forefront of the win last week so expect them to be up and about again today. Stay tuned tomorrow for our girls game day run down. 14.01.2022 Our club is incredibly saddened to learn of the passing of Tim Frampton. His daughter Alannah joined our club from the ranks of the Richmond Junior Football Club and is already much-loved, while Tim has influenced and encouraged many players we are lucky enough to call our own. There can be no doubt he would have continued to make a positive impact to so many more, such was the man. To Alannah and family, to our women, to the Richmond Junior FC and all those who knew Tim, we are sorry for your loss.

05.01.2022 KOUMA COMMITS The Snakes are thrilled to announce men's senior coach George Koumantatakis has committed to the 2021 season. George's coaching experience is near unrivalled in our competition, and his passion for our club has been on display from the moment he walked in the door in 2018. He is a quality individual and a friend to us all.... We had high hopes for the 2020 season following an impressive recruiting drive and strong body of work through the summer. While no team played for premiership points thanks to the pandemic, our club continued to grow under George's guidance. His approach towards our return to play period in June created an inclusive and enjoyable atmosphere at a time when our players needed it most, and we have no doubt the progress made this season will carry onto 2021. Please join us in congratulating George on his re-appointment and stay tuned for further developments from the Snakes in the coming months.

03.01.2022 We preface this announcement with the following caveat. Unfortunately due to COVID restrictions we cannot welcome spectators to today’s games. We’re back for a massive Round 10 quadruple header at KB! The snakes are back and can’t wait to rip into today’s contests, it’s going to be a big one! ... Kicking off at 9:40, our reserves women are looking forward to a great clash against the travelling Aquinas. Some solid preparations on the track have the girls poised for a big game. Best of luck! 11:40 sees our senior women’s load up for a big clash also against Aquinas. We’re hoping for a bit of home deck advantage today as the girls look fresh coming off a break. Good luck! 2:00pm sees our men’s seniors taking on Parkside. A tight margin in their last outing ensures that today will be an absolutely cracking contest. Wrapping up the quaddie at KB, our men’s reserves are out to take on Parkside. Let’s hope the boys thrive under lights and can get the job done. Our Thirds travel to Basil St Reserve this week to take on Prahran Assumption. After 3 weeks off the boys can’t wait to get back out there! Best of luck to our teams today, let’s bring home some W’s
