At Communities of Wellbeing, we believe in celebrating peoples’ strengths and we invite you to join us in doing this in a Christmasy sort of way. On each of the 24 days of December leading up to Christmas Day, we are going to celebrate one of the 24 character strengths in the VIA Character Strengths framework. We will post it in this facebook group and ask you to: 1. Reflect on the strength and what it means to you 2. Spot the strength in someone and 3. Tell us about it in the post. This could be someone you know and you want to acknowledge them, or it could be something that you observed a stranger do or say. Perhaps it is someone prominent in public life or a champion sportsperson or a celebrity in another field. Or you might want to share something about how this strength works for you. Just tell us why you saw this strength in this person and how it manifested. The good news is that, when you express gratitude for something like this, it makes you feel good too. Join Communities of Wellbeing and join in the celebration.
