Thursday 21/1/2021 10am coffee meetup - Book Face at Springfield Orion Friday 22/1/2021 and Sunday 31/1/2021 ... 7am HIKE Springbrook - Canyon Lookout, Blackfellows Falls, and Poondahra Falls via Twin Falls Circuit - all welcome. Not recommended for kids under 7yrs. 5.8km round trip - moderate fitness. 3 hours. (Unless we have a swim or two) Saturday 23/1/2021 7- 9pm Roller skating at Bundamba Skateaway. $20 with hire $15 own skates or just attending. All ages. Most know you can buy LED light strips for fun variations on tv cabinets or kitchen cupboards but did you know having them in your bedroom can help heal you? I was skeptical at first myself until I found a ton of spas using them in saunas and therapy rooms. Including reiki.
