17.01.2022 Chappelow Cup match 9 vs Balmain Phoenix Balmain won the toss and opted to field first. Our poor batting show this season continued again with a not so good performance - early wickets and not any partnerships meant another low scoring game. Satiz Chandran was the only one to show some resistance and we finished up with a below par 81.... Though we had a couple of early wickets, few aggressive hits made the target very easily achievable and Balmain passed over in 21 overs. Rivals - 81 all out in 27 overs Satiz Chandran - 21 Balmain Phoenix - 82/4 in 21 overs Ujjwal Mishra - 13/1

07.01.2022 Apologies for missing out on match updates for the second half of the summer comp. Few abandoned matches, few below par performances and some really good shows summed up the remainder of the comp. A higher number of those below par performances meant we finished this year's comp at the league level. Few individual performances that stood out Vivek Thangaswamy - 77*... Satiz Chandran - 10/5 Santhakumar Pandiyan - 22/4 Sreeji Hariharan - 22/4 @prabhumurali - 30/4 See more

03.01.2022 Chappelow Cup match 10 vs Balmain Phoenix Balmain won the toss and opted to bat first this time. Balmain was off to a flyer of a start with both the openers showing their aggressive intent and it paid off, for them. Every incoming batsman made more than a decent contribution and with the smaller boundaries and excellent outfield, we were chasing the ball over the rope more than what we would have expected to. Sreeji Hariharan was the pick of our bowlers, getting rid of the ag...gressive batsmen and being our most economical bowler. The chase started off in a good way, with Vivek Thangaswamy dealing in boundaries. Though he fell soon after, Vijay Vj and Satiz Chandran played sensibly and kept our hopes alive. Once they were dismissed too, 230 proved to be a lot for our lower order batsmen to chase through and we finished well short of the target. Balmain - 230/7 in 40 overs Sreeji Hariharan - 25/2 Rivals - 150 all out in 37 overs Satiz Chandran - 41 Vijay Vj - 27
