23.01.2022 It has been so good to see friendly faces back in here over last five days. Thank you so much to all our loyal customers who came in to have a meal & share a drink (or two). Government restrictions on numbers do lift a little today BUT unfortunately, we still need to abide by the 1 person per 4 sqm rules so please be aware there are still capacity restrictions in place on the different areas of the hotel. These are clearly marked, and we are here to help. So - please be patie...nt with us a little longer while we all navigate the slow return to normal together. So we do encourage you book if you can. We will do our absolute best to accommodate you but we would just hate anyone to miss out. So - keep an eye on the page for all the updates and a very sincere thank you to all our customers for your patience & loyalty - we truly appreciate it. See you all Soon!

20.01.2022 We are so glad to tell you we WILL be opening up for dining on the 15th June. At this stage we will be open for Lunch & Dinner 7 days plus afternoon service times Friday - Sunday. 14.01.2022 We just wanted to let all our wonderful customers know that we will not be opening our restaurant on the 18th May when the Stage One restrictions come into play. We are hoping to reopen in line with Stage Two when the restrictions are not quite as severe but we promise we will give you plenty of notice to plan your first meal back with us as soon as we know! 14.01.2022 We are very excited to be close to opening our doors to you again. We are making sure all our cleaning & social distancing protocols are in place so you can feel VERY comfortable to come back in. Now, so we can make sure everyone can get a booking we will have timed services. Hopefully soon the numbers allowed in venue will change again and we can go back to (almost) business as usual. But for now - here are the days & times you can book with us LUNCH - MON - THURS 11.30am (o...ut by 1pm) or 1pm. LUNCH - FRI - SUN 11am (out by 12.30pm) or 12.30pm (out by 2pm) then available for meals or drinks 2pm - 3.30 or 3.30 - 4.45. DINNER - 7 DAYS 5pm (out by 6.30 pm) or 6.30pm (out by 8pm) and 8pm (for a later night out!) Bookings are essential but we will look to update you daily if seats are still available for any "last minute" diners. Any table bookings of 10 or more will need to be on out last seating of that service to make sure we have enough time to look after your table properly. You can call from tomorrow (Wednesday 10th) to make a booking between 9am and 3.30pm only please. Cant wait to see you all!!

03.01.2022 We know everyone is keen to get back to the normality of the hotel being open and we cant wait to get you in here but, unfortunately, we wont be reopen for this weekends long weekend. We simply did not have enough time from the notice of the change to get our venue reset and cleaned for the requirements, without putting undue stress on our staff. We want to make sure everything is perfect for you when you come in! We will now open the restaurant a few days earlier on Friday 12th and we will let you know very soon more information. As our loyal customers, we want to share with you our on-going efforts to protect the health & wellbeing of you & our staff to the best of our efforts. Firstly, I want to reassure you that WE ARE OPEN. As part of the Goodstone Group of venues our bistros, bars and bottleshops are still here to take care of you. Our main goal is to keep our business open to support you, the community, and ensure our s...taff are employed to the best of our ability. There will be adjustments to ensure that we are adhering to the National and Tasmanian guidelines, but we will make sure any changes are updated to you as soon as we can. For your peace of mind, we want to share with you some of the steps we have taken to ensure our venues are safe environments for you. Training and encouraging our staff & customers to practice enhanced hygiene methods Increased cleaning of all touch points with antibacterial, sanitising cleaners both before and during trade Encouraging all patrons to assist with Social Distancing measures in all areas Turning off gaming machines and removal of stools at not active machines to allow for social distancing Enhanced cleaning and exchange of customer use items such as cutlery, coin cups, menus Restriction of use of areas/ tables in to allow for Social Distancing and maintain indoor gathering limits of no more than 100 Encouraging all customers to utilize cashless transactions Suspension of of all entertainment in venue Closure of all childrens play areas Training of all our accommodation staff in enhanced cleaning procedures and all government recommendations. We have shared regular updates and information with all our staff, had them all participate in the Tasmanian Government Health Self-Assessment tool and instructed to follow medical authority advice at all times.
