07.03.2022 Today we pause to reflect, pay tribute, and express our gratitude to all the men and women who have given their lives or suffered for Australia's cause in wars and armed conflicts. We particularly pay tribute to our many residents and their families, who are veterans of these conflicts. We honour their sacrifices and spirit. We will remember them. #WeRememberThem #RemembranceDay2021 #LestWeForget

When people can talk about what’s troubling them, they often feel more supported, connected and better about themselves. You don’t need to be an expert, just a good listener. Here are a few steps to have a conversation that could change a life:... Ask R U OK? 20.01.2022 More than 100 years ago, at 11am on 11 November 1918, the guns on the Western Front fell silent after four years of the most brutal war the world had seen. In the four years of that war, more than 330,000 Australians served overseas, and over 60,000 had died. Today, on 11 November we mark that anniversary, and remember all those who sacrificed so much for us all, both in WWI, and all the wars, conflicts and operations that have happened since, and still continue today.... We particularly honour and celebrate those among our residents, and their families, who are veterans of conflicts, and hope that you will join us in paying our respects and express our gratitude for all they have given.
