25.01.2022 Here I notice the colours of the gum leaves. I see the perished wood with tiny cactus growing through. All the birds. The dew on tiny spider webs. Single standing trees - how did you end up here, how old are you I wonder? It’s not because the trees aren’t there on other days, in other places. Here I look up more. I step out deliberately to just walk, really I am going nowhere. The air it clear, and so is my mind. It is incredible what beauty exists when you go slow enough to see it #riverranchmudgee #goslow #digitaldetox

16.01.2022 The dappled light on our picnic rug made me feel like I was in a romance novel. Or maybe it was the Rosé and his hand on my leg as our feet sat in the cold running river. It was hot, and so dreamy. The kids played in the distance, catching butterfly’s and throwing stones. We had big plans to explore that afternoon, but instead we just stayed right here. There was something magical about that afternoon by the river. The land was unkept, and our feet got dirty, but it was enchantingly beautiful. I wish you could have seen, but it was just us. Us and nature. #riverranchmudgee

10.01.2022 A place to go slow. A place to immerse in nature. To stare at the stars and cool over fire. The kind of place you are sad to leave, because just for a while, living on the land feels just right. You are right where where you need to be, surrounded by wild beauty and living with more space and less chaos. This is River Ranch Mudgee #riverranchmudgee

02.01.2022 The kind of space you feel at home, immediately, even though it’s wildly different to your everyday. There is a softness in the abundance of timber, the low oversized lounge and that golden light that pours in from a different windows each hour of the day. Here preparing a meal becomes memorable not a chore. The fire crackles and warms the room. It is mesmerising, but not as much as the view outside. It’s homely, but different to home. My phone is down and I have nothing to do but pause and notice the beauty all around. It’s a nice way to remember what’s important. This is River Ranch #riverranchmudgee
