Two websites called Guest Reservations (guestreservations.com) and Get A Room (getaroom.com) have been placing bids on our business name (Riverside Hotel Southbank) on Google. This means they appear before we do on searches. Upon contacting them, they try to pitch a discounted rate, but when you arrive at the final price, they add a "service and taxes" fee. They claim to represent us, and that Riverside is running low on rooms. That is NOT true. We cannot reiterate this enough, DO NOT USE these websites and spread the word so that more people find out about this.
