24.01.2022 In light of the easing restrictions in Victoria and the recent roadmap announcements to reopening - We have decided for dine-in to remain closed until further restrictions have eased. For the safety of our Staff and Customers, unfortunately the density quotient limits the amount of Customers able to dine-in. We are still open for Take-away! The safety and well-being of our staff, customers and the local communities are our utmost priority. We are taking extra precautions with Hygiene including providing hand sanitising facilities through the store, sanitising common and exposed areas and minimising interaction with... individuals. As of Tuesday 24th March 2020 - ONLY TAKEAWAY services will continue (lunch and dinner) and in addition we will be offering home delivery services Tuesday Sunday from 5:30pm (with the last delivery order being 8:00PM) we will deliver no further than Chelsea/ Chelsea heights and no further than Seaford. $5 charge will be applied. We are taking everything day by day as new regulations are imposed on our business, we will continue to do our best to ensure you get delicious Thai food. 19.01.2022 Last night we had technical issues with Telstra which unfortunately resulted in issues with our phone line and online ordering system. We do sincerely apologies for any inconvenience caused. We are still not 100% in the clear as Telstra continue to resolve the issue, however our online system and phones seem to be working. 05.01.2022 In line with Dan Andrew's recent announcements we wish to advise our dine in area will remain close until all restrictions have been lifted. We apologise but in order to maintain a safe environment for Staff and takeaway customers, we must comply with the social distancing requirements. Our dine-in area capacity would only allow us to seat 8 customers (2-3 tables) at a time and feel the best decision for River Thai is to open dine-in once all restrictions have been lifted.
