24.01.2022 So who enjoys the inconvenience and emotional strain of a sick child? Not me! So Lewis Sunday night : runny nose, high temp and mild cough. Two days of naturopathic medicines, good food and long sleeps....completely back to cheeky self by Tuesday night. I have found (many times) it's all about the right products at the right timing and dosages. No week -long illnesses around here..not welcome! As we come into the change of weather, immune support for children will be one of my main focuses. I look forward to helping other families with young children to stay on track this autumn :>)

18.01.2022 Dear special clients/friends: I am now closed for remedial massage and face to face Naturopathic appointments, but available for phone consultations Tues and Wed. Product orders available any time. My apologies for any inconvenience...i will be texting you personally if you have an appt coming up. I will miss seeing everyone , but I am doing what is safest of course. I am using this time to give the home clinic a new sleek day spa feel and going back to uni to bring back ...the health fund rebates...i will keep you posted and look forward to a fresh start on the other side! Over the last few days I have spent considerable time listening to podcasts on immunity and the current situation with COVID-19. Mostly with Dr Heather Zwickey, a brilliant researcher and immunologist. Of course we do not say we can cure and we know we are certainly facing a serious situation. However, some complimentary medicines have shown actions worth considering. No pseudo-science or snake-oil cures in sight. I am feeling well informed regarding optimising our chances of health...please book a phone consult if you would like to chat. 05.01.2022 Mission accomplished this week! Found a way to get liquid herbs into kids (ie mine who run away!) and we got on top of the cough and sniffles before it developed. I'm absolutely stoked as my boys have been prone to chest infections and I knew the right herbs would work! Other supplements seem to reduce frequency and duration, but herbs are the big guns. Really re-inspired again that natural therapies can really nail it :-)
