The boys have done an excellent job of persevering through the elements to get the concreting down, set and ready to go! Thanks to a helping hand from All Aussie Concreting - Brisbane! We can't wait to transform this large outdoor space into a gorgeous, light-filled, art studio as a valuable accompaniment to this family home.

07.01.2022 External Cladding Product Solution - NRG Green Board This fantastic alternative to blue board cladding is fast and easy to install and that's just benefit number 1 The board is then wrap with a mesh before render is applied which helps prevent visible cracks in the future, a problem seen often with current cladding like blue board ... The NRG system has insulating properties of up to 3.48R and is sound rated, as well as being both termite and fire retardant This product is definitely a winner for us and one we will certainly use again !! @ Brisbane, Queensland, Australia

05.01.2022 Project Update Harding Street Demolition was completed at the beginning of last week including stripping of all plumbing and electrical through the frames and full asbestos decontamination. Towards the end of last week, the Steel post and stirrups were concreted in place and timber posts stood and fixed to stirrups at the end of the week... This week the boys are installing the flooring systems bearers and joists, aiming to start framing next week! This project is on the move full steam ahead
