11.01.2022 Very well said, it’s so true people dismiss them and have a mentality that they’re dangerous and hot headed. Yes they can be in the wrong hands just like every other horse but when you get that one you just click with they will be your best mate for life. I have a range of thoroughbreds from 5yr straight off the track to 29yr retiree and everything in between, I would only have 1 or 2 that I wouldn’t let a beginner on by themselves (on a lead absolutely fine) and know that they will look after them and be 100% safe (with supervision of course)

08.01.2022 Had a good weekend away with #thisgirlsonfire and #vincetheprince (blue saddle cloth) at charters towers pony club open show jumping. Both jumped really well even with a few rider errors and forgetting how to ride at times fire has really come along and when we get it all together (well mainly me) she is going to be very exciting little horse Vince had his second outing since August last year, he was really relaxed for him witch makes for a much nicer ride so hopefully he can keep this nice relaxed attitude now as we start to go up the heights again. #ottbsofinstagram #lifeafterracing #showjumpingthoroughbred #racingqld
