12.01.2022 Since @pantone has me all inspired about #blue here’s my first version on how to wear it (2 more to come this week!) 1 Use #concealer on your eyelid first ...to prime it (Don’t use too much, blend it really well and wait until it dries before applying the #eyeshadow) 2 Use a brush to apply the #blueshade by tapping it first and then blending. 3 Results = Intense, lasting, gorgeous blue that you can use as an eyeliner or wear as a smoky eye.
