Is this your experience at work or in business? How does your organisation manage civility? In most cases, in most organisations, we can do better, much better, in the way we interact with one another at work and in business. Balancing work and home life can seem so busy, and even frantic at times. We wonder how ...on earth we'll get things done, fit things in, meet that deadline. These things can make people cranky and irritable, short or terse with their colleagues, clients, friends and family and so on. Is this how we want things to be? I wouldn't have thought so!
