23.01.2022 The foundation of a safe person is the ability to regulate their emotions. An unsafe person doesn’t feel safe within themselves. When we feel unsafe internally ...(nervous system activation) we become unsafe for those around us. All of us have moments when we are unsafe, this is to be human. The work is to become aware of when you’re in these states and take pauses. I’m going for a walk or I’m emotionally overloaded I need to take a break (deep breaths also help here) can allow us to re-balance, then return to safety. Many of us were children conditioned by adults who could felt unsafe themselves. This is conditioning that can be unlearned. Becoming safe is a practice. We must teach our mind + body a new security within the present moment. As we heal, we will become more sensitive to the energy of those who are not safe within themselves. Our bodies will send us messages + we will be more clear around them. We can begin to place boundaries around those who we do not feel safe around. Unsafe people make us feel, on edge, fearful, + like we must be on the defensive. Practices to find safety: Remember: all of these practices will be uncomfortable for a while. Keep with it consistency heals. 1. 2-5 minutes of meditation: Can be guided or quiet meditation. Anything that creates short moments of awareness. 2. Deep belly breaths: Activates the parasympathetic nervous system. Do this when you are relaxed. With practice, you’ll be able to get through strong emotions with more resilience 3. Journaling: Today, I will find safety, security, + peace within the present moment. Write this every day. Carry it with you. Speak this to yourself #selfhealers

19.01.2022 Everything on earth (including numbers) has its own unique energetic signature and the vibrational energy radiating from 11:11 is transformational and awaken...ing. This is because it is the first set of repeating number sequences we see when we begin to come into full conscious awareness. November is the 11th month, and in numerology 11 is a master number that equates to new beginnings, illumination, inspiration, independence and the potential of the soul. Eleven is the most intuitive, creative, enlightening and insightful number in numerology. I was lucky enough to meet Torsten Lange, who was my Reiki Master back in the days in London, one of the most fascinating points was when he shared his ‘Water experiment’ with us, that he led in a Swiss Laboratory - Giving us THE FIRST INDEPDENDENT SCIENTIFIC PROOF OF REIKI. After many years of research, he was able to team up with a renowned Swiss laboratory for drinking water analysis and was able to get sensational proof of a distinct before-and-after effect of Reiki treatments.
