If you're training your back, you should be training your chest as well to avoid muscle imbalance and improve posture. Warm up- Air Mill (5 minutes, moderate intensity Range of motion stretching- Incline Push Ups x12 Reps, 2 Sets and forward and backwards Shoulder Rolls Incline Dumbbell Chest Press x12 Reps, 3 Sets... Flat Bench Dumbbell Chest Press x12 Reps, 3 Sets Flat Bench Dumbbell Chest Hex Press (Close Grip) x12 Reps, 3 Sets Dumbbell Alternating Front Raises x10 Reps, 4 Sets Cable Chest Front Raise x10 Reps, 3 Sets Cable Chest Flys x10 Reps, 3 Sets Treadmill Walk- Cool Down ( 5 Minutes) Static Stretches incl.
