25.01.2022 We've been given a sign! This sign designates our permitted site on Safety Beach foreshore granted by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council through an approved itinerant trader tender application for the year. Last year when covid hit, our little food truck went from trading at our biggest festivals yet and the most catering bookings for weddings and parties we had EVER had to *nothing* We asked the council for assistance and the solution to help the local food truck's was... to double the existing food truck sites therefore offering more local small businesses the opportunity to trade under covid restrictions. Without any other trading opportunities this was our best option and we jumped at the chance. Covid presented more challenges in making this happen, the tender was pushed back from October to late December and we had some issues with the proposed location and marking it out for us. Without a sign in place we were left to our own devices trying to park a trailer in any space not already parked in by beach goers or neighbouring caravan parks & still trying to be seen by passing traffic. So today the council came out and extended the original site in the carpark next to the playground & toilets to include 2 food trucks. Please come and support us at the carpark opposite 81 Marine Drive, Safety Beach. Plenty of parking around, just please leave us the space between the signs

23.01.2022 This is Josh, he is Finn's dad (age 4). He works tirelessly for our family cooking kg's of meat, making 1000's of rolls... we are celebrating father's day tomorrow instead due to him making food for other Dad's today. What a legend!
