13.01.2022 This customer just saved $2000 by calling ROBEAR and asking for our expert advice. After having 2 other well known local electricians come to diagnose the fault to an SMA 5kW inverter, on the 44c feed in tariff, they deemed the fault too difficult to repair. Their outcome was a total replacement at the customers expense even though the parts are all still under warranty with manufacturers. Neither companies contacted SMA customer technical support for advice, nor did t...hey log in using a laptop to diagnose the fault, as recommended by SMA. Luckily the customer persisted and went for a 3rd opinion using ROBEAR. Total cost to fix the inverter was $150 of labour. (no parts were used).
