03.05.2022 Finally got motivated to finish this old boy. Not without the odd battle scar, but it cleaned up pretty nicely for a very neglected drum.

04.04.2022 It's been quite a while since I posted anything here. Apologies. I still get a like here and there all the same. Here's a little project I'm chipping away at, something different. Not drums. This is a 60's Maton guitar that belonged to my much missed Mum. A gift from my grand father to her when she went off to teachers college. Music was part of the curriculum. I don't remember her playing, but it was always around, in a bad state. The headstock was cracked, plenty of dings and the finish was badly cracking as long as I can remember. She always wanted to have it repaired. Anyway, it was never going to be perfect, hopefully I'll do it a little justice and pass it on to my daughter. It's still a work in progress. It's a beautifully made guitar. &

04.03.2022 Hi guys, a lot of new likes lately. I haven't been here for a while. Currently I'm pretty inactive with drum projects, taking a break if you like as my work life and priorities have changed quite a lot. I've kept the page going as I never say never and I think some of my stuff is worth sharing, even if it only inspires other to be creative. Thanks for the new likes and I'm always happy to answer questions and share knowledge.
