25.01.2022 Our Terrace Coastal Duplex (3 bedroom, 2 Bathroom either side) is proving very popular with Port Macquarie locals. Designed for sites that have a lot of fall from rear to front, which in Port Macquarie is generally all the blocks that have views! 18.01.2022 Not long now before the new owners move in and this becomes the family home. It’s been amazing to see this estate grow and new houses pop up, what seems like weekly. It’s so quiet down here and so close to the beach, not surprised houses in this estate are moving so quickly and commanding high prices. With all the infrastructure that is coming to this area and the new town centre, this in my opinion will be $1m estate in 5 years. It’s not far off it now.

15.01.2022 This month we welcomed onboard 6 new clients. Whilst it's not about the number of clients for us, being a locally owned family building company our repuation is everything. 05.01.2022 And that’s it handed over. Today we said goodbye to our show home and welcome to a new family who now call the place home. It’s is such a beautiful home and it could not have went to a nicer family who have been a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. Congrats Rache and Stewy (and kids) we are so happy for you. Enjoy the endless walks on the beach just down the road from you. I’ll certainly miss our Saturday morning coffees!
