18.01.2022 Not long now before the new owners move in and this becomes the family home. It’s been amazing to see this estate grow and new houses pop up, what seems like weekly. It’s so quiet down here and so close to the beach, not surprised houses in this estate are moving so quickly and commanding high prices. With all the infrastructure that is coming to this area and the new town centre, this in my opinion will be $1m estate in 5 years. It’s not far off it now.

05.01.2022 And that’s it handed over. Today we said goodbye to our show home and welcome to a new family who now call the place home. It’s is such a beautiful home and it could not have went to a nicer family who have been a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. Congrats Rache and Stewy (and kids) we are so happy for you.
