23.01.2022 Spent a great couple of days last weekend in Bendigo attending a casting workshop at DAP Jewellery School. So happy with what I took home and even more happy now that I have cleaned up my Delft Clay cast in place rough Sapphires ring - it looks so good and fits beautifully Shame about the hand!

22.01.2022 Some new pieces heading off to TarraWarra Museum of Art gallery shop tomorrow. Niobium and Sterling Silver disc earrings along with some Keum Boo Earrings. Pleased that I will be able to see The Archibald Prize Exhibition while I am there!

18.01.2022 This is all a bit late but... I was asked to participate in a group presentation celebrating Australian Woman in Design being held at the Wagga Wagga Art Gallery Shop. I just came across their FB post about it. It was a nice surprise to be contacted and included. If you are passing through drop in and check out the fabulous work.

18.01.2022 Just finished these pieces for the upcoming exhibition Ground Up which will be on at Bini Gallery as part of Craft Victorias Craft Cubed festival of the handmade - 3 to 17 Aug. Totally different to what I normally do and to add to the challenge I have made Encaustic boards to hold the Jewellery pieces. Reclaimed floorboards, Encaustic medium, pigments, mild steel, reclaimed roofing slate, cement, pearls, Swarovski crystals, enamel paint, magnets.

10.01.2022 So I have started on my part of www.handmedalproject.com Think I may have been a bit too optimistic I have pledged to myself to make 200. So far I have cut them out, punched the holes and cleaned up the edges. Now to sand all, make fingernail marks, put my number on the back and thread with ribbons. ... 07.01.2022 Molten series Drops have been made by water casting Argentium Silver. The drops have been attached to square wire circles using balled Argentium Silver rivets.

04.01.2022 Feeling like a "real jeweller" This ring started out as my school casting project in Sterling Silver. It was part of 3 nesting rings. I have added the thick prongs - had it cast in 18ct yellow gold and it is heading off today to have a Parti Sapphire set in place. First time for me working with 18ct gold and dealing with a setter
