24.01.2022 Special for Melbourne cup week

23.01.2022 We will be re-opening tomorrow on Wednesday the 28th of October. Keeping within the guidelines the government have set out for us the same rules will apply as last time with the added rule of the showers/changing rooms being not in use. Shower in disabled toilet is also not in use until advised by the government that we are allowed to open them for use. There is also hospital grade sanitiser and paper towel on counter that needs to be used to wipe down any equipment or surface you have touched or used. Please take note of all rules on the door as you enter the gym. Can’t wait to see you all in there again

14.01.2022 Due to the government forcing closures, we will be closing the gym again from today. Sorry for the inconvenience.

14.01.2022 So I hope all our members are as excited as we are about the gym re-opening tomorrow on the 22nd June. So here is a few rules we are going to need everyone to follow to allow us to keep the gym open. All members need to swipe their keys on entry and then again on the post in gym on exit, this way we can keep a log on the times you are in the gym. If you are coming with a friend or family member, each person needs to swipe their key. Any members sharing keys I will be contacting about getting their own key. Please maintain a 1.5 metre distance from other members. Also please wipe down and sanitise equipment after you are finished using it. Thanks for your cooperation and can’t wait to see you in there from tomorrow.

13.01.2022 Due to the government enforcing closures on all gyms in Australia, we are sorry to inform all our clients that as of today the 23rd of March at 12pm, the gym will no longer be open for use. All payments on memberships have been suspended until we are able to re-open.

09.01.2022 So just a follow up on the spin classes, they are still not running as of yet. I’ll put up a post when the technicians get there to reset them.

09.01.2022 1 year old today, we would like to thank everyone who has supported us since we opened. The below special can be added on to any existing members membership as well

07.01.2022 Just a reminder for all members, if you come to the gym with other people, every person has to swipe their keys on entry and exit. If you don’t have your key you need to see me next door at the fish shop to get access to the gym.
