24.01.2022 Edition Noir Merlot - 2012 Price: $25.00 This merlot is a vibrant ruby red with a purple rim. Exuding a savoury aroma of stewed plum, blueberry and a touch of earth from its Hunter origins. It has a medium bodied palate where the sweet plummy fruit is pronounced with a velvety texture on the finish. A lovely soft Merlot that should appeal to all drinkers.

21.01.2022 Our winemaking heritage began in France in 1643. A heritage of French winemaking skills combined with Australian technology, using that savoir faire (the know how), to produce a wide range of Premium, Reserve and Limited Release wines that are full flavoured, yet soft and elegant.

20.01.2022 Edition Noir Gewurztraminer - 2013 Price $25.00 This delicate Gewürztraminer is pale straw in colour with faint pink hues. It is a fragrantly aromatic wine displaying rose petal, lemon, thyme and grapefruit. The palate is generous and elegant, offering abundant lychee flavours, supported by a subtle, mineral acid backbone.

08.01.2022 Edition Noir Sauvignon Blanc - 2013 Price: $25.00 The 2013 vintage shows textbook zesty, citrus, tropical and grassy aromas. Tangy flavours of lemon, lime and passionfruit with a fresh herbal undertone completes the palate. It finishes with fresh crisp acidity.

01.01.2022 Edition Noir Marsanne Rousanne - 2013 Price: $25.00 Intense aromatics of honeysuckle and orange blossom with hints of rockmelon and sweet floral spice. The palate is rich and generous, full of flavour and is warm and persistent. A clean, balanced finish for such and exotic full bodied style of wine. Very much a food style wine.
