14.01.2022 All small business friends!!! I want everyone who has a small business to comment below with their page and a little about them selves for others to read. In ...times like these small businesses will suffer greatly. I have had my business for 7 years, supported my family and worked insane hours to make sure everyone can be fit in. We have laughed together and cried. Been a constant norm in each other's lives and now we need your help. I speak for a large part of my community (hair and beauty) when I say, it's unreasonable to expect us to trade with the high health and safety risks at the moment. Many of us have closed by choice in order to protect ourselves, our family's and our clients. Many have now been forced to close. It's not as easy as applying for payments and getting it immediately to pay our rent and bills. These payments are half of our normal income when they do eventually come in. What I ask from anyone who is able, to click on a small business that is posted below and purchase gift voucher to be used at a later date. This will give some people a small cash boost to get through the next few weeks which I can tell you is very much needed. If you can't purchase then sImply like their page so u can show support in these times . Times like these we need to band together and support each other. I will make this post public so you can share with your friends. Sometimes we all need to ask for a little help and there is nothing wrong with that.

13.01.2022 Happy Sunday ladies....so with the decision to start back up clients this week, I have since had to cancel my whole week due to this girl being unwell and in hospital since Thursday. The msgs are flooding in but without my diary and a real plan for Marley yet, I am unable to book any appointments. If u have messaged please sit tight and i will respond when I have a plan. 11.01.2022 LONG READ AHEAD...BUCKLE UP As some of you are already aware, the past few months have brought great changes to Rock'n Locks. I have officially closed the salon and have gone back to working from home, along with my amazing staff who have done the same thing. ... As I am working alone I can not currently accept new clients as my main priority is making sure my regulars are being serviced along with having a work life balance with my kids. If you are wanting to get in touch with Kelsey or tahnee please let me know and i can pass you on their details.otherwise you can book with me through this page like normal:) Current wait time for an appointment is sitting at 3/4 weeks so please don't leave it last minute :) In the wake of what is happening in the world, I ask you to be extra cautious and cancel your booking if you have any concerns at all. Please be respectful of the fact that I have young children in my house and sometimes up to 10 people per day coming and going. I would rather you not take the risk or put myself or my children at risk if you are not 100%. I am doing everything I can to maintain a safe and healthy salon space and home but unfortunately germs can still spread so we have to work together to make sure everyone is protected. 10.01.2022 Dear clients It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that myself and my family have made the hard decision to close the doors temporarily during these hard times. I have not made the decision lightly and have been weighing up my options for the past week, but with the social distancing and hygiene guidelines in place it has become increasingly difficult to ensure the health and safety of my clients and my family.... As you can understand this is my only source of income and I can only hope that you will continue to support me and my small business after all of this calms down. All appointments effective immediately will be cancelled until further notice and I will contact each and every one of you when I can resume business as normal.
