22.01.2022 *** BOOTCAMP UPDATE *** ** SECURE A SPOT ** Hey Guys! ... Super pumped to announce that I've finally found a decent spot for our sessions! There's a grassed area, stairs, the beach etc. lots of potential! As i stated in the previous post, first session is on the house and then after that its only $10 a session. To start off there will be two sessions a week, one during the week and one on Saturday mornings and we will eventually get more sessions up and running depending on how many of you legends jump on board, See the images below for more details. there are also packages available with some decent discounts! I'll also be handing out a few flyers to get the word out, you guys can all help out too by sharing these posts, i really appreciate it! :D I'd also love to get some shirts made for everyone with your names on them so let me know if thats something you'd be keen on. So Ive finally decided to create a social media page to get myself out there and build my PT business Im currently working at Goodlife Health Clubs on Murray st in Perth, so if youre up in the city and are a member (or interested in signing up) hit me up and I will offer you some complimentary pt sessions ... I am also looking at starting some outdoor bootcamp classes for those who want to get an early crack on that summer bod! There will be a number of different sessions Im currently designing (HIIT, ab blaster, full body, booty blitser & more!), so if thats something you think youd be keen on fling me a message so can get an idea of the classes you guys would like, bring a friend too! or drag them down with you.. whatever works I promise you wont regret it!! 14.01.2022 So For the last 8 weeks Goodlife Health Clubs have held their annual 8 week transformation challenge, I decided to take part to prove not only to my clients but to myself what a little bit of dedication and a lot of hard work can do for you in 8 weeks, also to prove that cardio is not a necessity when it comes to losing fat, I didnt do any cardio what so ever and managed to drop nearly 7 kilos. On the left before the challenge started I weighed in at 73.5kg and on the right I weighed in at 67.2kg. If you can put 100% percent into what youre aiming to achieve, nothing will stop you from reaching that goal I guarantee it!
