22.01.2022 WALLAROO OUTBACK RETREAT & Boobook Ecotours offer guided tours showcasing the breathtaking wilderness of Wallaroo, (on the front step of Carnarvon Gorge) ~ local native history, intriguing geology that makes for a very interesting, informative and good-earth day out. Our driver Richard took care of everything & Pauline regaled the group with the story behind Wallaroo and the eco lodge glamping accommodation. 21.01.2022 For the next 2 days the Coffee Cart is in the capable (& hilarious) hands of Samantha & Jo-Anne. They’ve come from Brisbane via ‘Planet Downs’ with amazing baked goodies and much joy to share with everyone!!

15.01.2022 Yvonne Fletcher must have turned out many a baked goodie raising her brood of wonderful young men at ‘Serocold’... Now her practice has produced perfection, she is sending her beautiful cooking in for visitors to the Coffee Cart to enjoy. When Yvonne is not busy with Jack on the land, she volunteers at the Cart too! (Are you ever not busy, Yvonne?)Thankyou xx

12.01.2022 Recently we were treated to a visit from MIKE ROLLESTON & his wife LINDY... a descendant of Mr Christopher Rolleston CMG, our town’s namesake, who was a pastoralist here in the 1860’s. He is pictured here with local history buff Derek Rolands and Krissi, local barista and drover. Thankyou for popping into our little Coffee Cart in the Park. Incidentally, Mr Rolleston was the Registra-General of NSW in the late 1850’s & early 1860’s.

11.01.2022 The lovely June Taylor from "Shotover', Rolleston is a genuine country lady with a heart as big as the Blackdown Tablelands and she happens to be a wonderful cook. These are a few of the baked delights June has sent to the Coffee Cart to be enjoyed by travelers and locals... any better and you would be in the 'Shotover' kitchen having Smoko with June and Rob!
