Please know your trip was not wasted, our region like alot of others have struggled badly with drought and every dollar you spend in a small country town helps keep a small towns heart pumping and business doors open. So unfortunately no racing this time but Roma welcomes you anytime. Thanks again for the great effort made.

10.01.2022 EVERYONE attending RomaSpeedway 24 October EVENT WILL START WITH TRACK PACK at 500 pm GATES WILL OPEN all day for pits and main gates at 400pm... - Please read, respect and abide by the rules for everyone to come and enjoy the speedway. - Compliance with the required COVID safe practices in place are the personal responsibility of every person who enters the complex. - If it’s not an event for you due to the Qld Government rules and COVID regulations that we must abide by then please DO NOT enter our complex. SPECTATORS/ COMPETITORS / CREW the EVA Check-in will be in use for COVID data to comply with the Industry Covid Safe Plan for Outdoor Sports. About the app:- - Data is kept secure, encrypted, private, and destroyed when no longer needed - Prefill your info before you leave home, it will then take less than a minute to check in. - Multiple Profiles can be stored for future use - Manual check-in is available for those without a device. 1. Use your phone camera and hold over the QR code as supplied at the ticket window then enter your information OR 2 Attendees can download the EVA Check-In app and complete and store their Profile information for future use CANTEEN & BAR will be open - Please follow all signage and markings. - No people under 18 allowed in bar area due to the number restrictions. COMPETITOR VENUE ENTRY - Please ensure you are familiar with the new arrival procedures. - Vehicle entry - the DRIVER stays in vehicle to enter the venue. - ALL other passengers are to exit vehicle and line up for ticket windows for entry. PIT ACCESS - Please note For the safety of all patrons & competitors there is NO access from the spectator area to the pits the spectator area and pit area will remain completely segregated at all times - this includes before and after the event.. PIT AREA (ALL competitors, crew, officials etc) As per the requirements of the current COVID restrictions:- - We will be using the EVA Checkin for COVID data for ALL competitors, crew and officials (as above) - NO PASSENGERS in race cars - NO CHILDREN in the pits unless competing under a SA Junior Licence COVID RULES - Our aim is to make the track available BUT with the best protection for you and the people you live and work with. - Compliance with the COVID safe practices in place are the personal responsibility of every person who enters the complex. - Social Distancing must be observed at all times - Use the hand santiser stations / wash your hands !

06.01.2022 Working Bee this weekend 17/18 October, starting at 9am in prep for our first race meeting for the 20/21 season on 24 October. A brief meeting will be held at 10:30am at the track on the Saturday! So don’t be shy let’s do this!!
