25.01.2022 New barber Introductory offer $20 kids $25 Adults With Monique (Excluding skin fades) We are welcoming our new barber Monique into our shop. Monique will be working Wednesdays (from next week) to allow us to have atleast 1 barber in-store at all times. ... This may also extend to after school times throughout the week resulting in more appointments from 3:30pm onwards. Keep an eye out on our booking system for these changes and availability in the coming weeks. We will also be hosting some training days/evenings and be looking for some clients that would like a free haircut in exchange for a 1-1 hours of there time for our barbers to keep up to date with modern trends and techniques within the industry. If this is you then keep an eye out for times that we are running the training as its first in best your hair will be dressed

Update: Ronnie is back in-store this week but due to still recovering from his accident he has alot of breaks thru out the days all week to rest between haircuts. 21.01.2022 Please share this post PLEASE READ FULL POST Lately we have been bombarded with some pretty abusive phone calls from people because we are booked out espically later on in the week and afternoons. ... If you want to ring up on a Friday and try get a haircut that day and abuse our staff please realise we will block your number from contacting us again. We will not accept any ignorant or abusive behaviour. Espically when its towards Jess which most of it is. We work longer hours then any other Barbershop or Hairdresser in Mudgee and also offer a Walk in option 1 day a week. We even have a online booking system to take the ease out of booking which you can book 6 months ahead. We give people plenty of options to make an appointment well in advance and advertise on Facebook about how you should book in advance for Thursday Friday and late afternoons. If you can not treat us with respect well please go to the other Barbershop that opens less hours then us with your attitude that everyone is your slave. Youll soon realise that a bad attitude gets you no where. To the people that continue to respect us and support us we do our best to squeeze you in as much as we can and apprieate the love and support. So thank you to those who know what respect is and see the hours and work we put into our family business.

20.01.2022 Attention Important Message Clients Need To Read As stated in a previous post we have had to change our booking system. We now NO LONGER US The FRESHA APP or FRESHA ONLINE! We have moved over to Timely another online appointment provider ( no App unfortunatly) The Fresha app will no longer work to book appointments but this doesnt mean you cant book online! You still can by clicking the blue book now button on our Facebook page and it will take you over to the new syst...em to book an appointment. All appointments, client records, contact numbers etc have been transfered over to the new system. As with any change over we may have some technical problems, we may make booboos as the system is new to all our staff so please be a little patient with us when booking appointments please. You can still call or text our shop number to book appointments also but remember we are a busy little bunch and will get to any messages or missed calls when we can. We apoligies for any inconveniance, but this change wasnt one we wanted to make we had to. Thanks everyone!!

He is ok, but looks like we will be out of commotion for the rest of the week but this may change!!! We have had Fires, Drought, Floods, A Special Loved One Pass Away, Covid locking us down, Renovations and Random Closures and Sick Days We Can Help. As it is the holidays and last week it was hard to know what would happen with covid for this week so Jess and Ronnie are already booked for the week but our other staff members books are open and ready to go. ... Walk Ins are still a no go due to the square metre rule can't have to many clients waits so you can call the morning of and make on the day appointments also, but you are only taking clients from the area or regional areas. Over the next few weeks we will be completely closed Wednesdays.... 03.01.2022 MAJOR CHANGES PLEASE SHARE TO GET THE WORD OUT. PLEASE READ FULL POST This applys to:... Trading hours Making bookings Firstly trading hours over the next few weeks we will be closing Wednesdays. We will be opening to do what is booked in already booked and rescheduling reoccurring appointments to other days ASAP. If this is you we will be in contact. NO MORE WALK IN WEDNESDAYS AFTER THIS WEEK as we have tried this and it hasnt really taken off like we hoped. This change is due to working 6 days for the past 3 years and missing out on alot of our daughter growing up. We want to make up for lost time. Secondly making bookings, due to Ronnie being so busy and having a good regular clientele Ronnie will be closing his books to new clients. This should help the regulars stay regular and new clients filter to other staff members. All clients that have booked with Ronnie before today are able to book with him still. We know this may upset some people but Ronnie has built up 4 years of clientele and without sharing the workload with Jessika and any new staff that come along we wont continue to grow and stay in business. With Jessika capable of all hairstyles except for the old school flat top theres ample opportunity to get the same result as you do from Ronnie. We know with closing a extra day it will make it harder to get an appointment for a while. But with Ronnie not taking new clientele this should help balance everything out. Please understand without having family and time to relax our minds there wont be no Ronnies Barber shop so this is a decision we have made for ourselves. 01.01.2022 BOOKING IN ADVANCE HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED Booking in advance is highly recommended. As later in the week and after school times can be a 1-2 wait as these are popular times. Mid day appointments are more common and can be a 1-2 day wait depending which barber. With closing Wednesdays starting throughtout the next few weeks it may book out quicker.... We do have 2 barbers in-store so please feel feel to book with either as they are both equally as talented as each other.
