Cheers Victorian Support Package Payroll Tax Waived Payroll Tax for all eligible businesses for the period 1st July 2019 to 30th June 2020 is to be waived. o Eligible businesses must have annual taxable wages up to $3 million for the Financial Year 2019/20. o This refers to annual taxable wages associated to a single employer. All Payroll Tax already paid will be refunded and any future Payroll Tax to 30th June 2020 will not be payable o All business must still continue to report and lodge their monthly Payroll Tax to the State Revenue Office. o The State Revenue Office will make contact to each eligible business to inform them of their refunds. Payroll Tax payments for the period July2020 to September2020 can be deferred to October 2020. Liquor Licence Fees Waived All renewal liquor licences for 2020 (January-December 2020) will be waived. Any liquor licences already paid will be refunded and those whom yet to pay will not be required to do so. Land Tax Deferral Non-residential property which has a total taxable landholdings below $1 million Land Tax for 2020 have the option to defer payments until after 31st December 2020 o The State Revenue Office will make contact to each eligible business to inform them of their refunds.
