15.03.2022 "We conducted interviews with past Corrugated Iron young people, right back to founding members. They revealed a common thread about how their [youth theatre] experience allowed them to share their own perspectives and experiment with their own ideas, often for the first time". At Room to Play, we're very passionate about youth arts, as reflected through our youth drama studio Room to Play Kids. We couldn't agree more with this article and it's stance on the power of drama in activating youth voices and their perspectives on the world around us. We still have some spaces left at our Kids Drama Studio, which returns this week at Rosalie Baptist Church. You can register your child now via our website www.roomtoplay.com.au

14.12.2021 Today our Teen School Holiday Program Students had their performance of ‘Expectations’; a work of political theatre that that the students devised themselves with the assistance of our facilitators. In this show, the students explored their own perspectives and voices on expectations in their lives: expectations of themselves, expectations of their age, school expectations, societal expectations and family expectations. It is a very impressive piece of art, and something we wish that we had the chance to create when we were at that age. We could not be prouder of our gorgeous cohort of young adults
