25.01.2022 Good evening Sprout Festival and Coalescence supporters and community! It is with great humility that we announce our plans for RootBound Festival 2021, served up with a reasonably sized grain of salt like everything has to be in our present mid-pandemic world. It is our intention to host RootBound Festival on the weekend of the 3rd, 4th and 5th of September 2021.... Planning for any event, especially major festivals, needs to be done with delicacy, and from where we are now it's impossible to envision what the environment surrounding our much-loved community event will be by September next year. That being said, we are hopeful and optimistic that by next years proposed date, life will have returned to some form of normality, and that we can deliver RootBound in its full experience, merging together what you love about Sprout and Coalescence in a unified collaboration between Far North Queensland eco-conscious event communities. As promised, all tickets purchased for this year will be valid for RootBound 2021. Applications will open and tickets will go on sale again in the next few months as the way forward for events in 2021 becomes clearer.
