16.05.2022 What a beautiful day at the collector markets, Collector! Gorgeous, sunny day with a hive of activity and local produce!

10.05.2022 This was our first year of harvesting where we were challenged by the rain!! Its been a huge feat opening almost all of our bulbs to save the best we have. We are proud to say, regardless, that we have been able to keep up with the standard we have set for Roseglen Garlic. For those close by to Collector, NSW, Australia.....pop in at our newly inaugurated Collector Markets, Murray Street, Collector on Sunday 7th Feb, 9am-2pm. We will have loose garlic, Garlic Gold garlic powder, black garlic and gift bags on sale. We look forward to welcoming you there!

28.04.2022 Pure Garlic Gold powder ready 3 months early. Normally this is our winter go to when bulbs are underground again, but it seems I created a demon! None of us can live without it, winter nor summer!

14.04.2022 Garlic Scape Pesto!!! Seriously delicious! Mix in some sour cream for a dip with chippies and biscuits. Add avocado, chilli, cream cheese, add to pizza, pasta, gnocchi... the sky's the limit! Get to know this delicacy! Its so worth it!

06.04.2022 Such joy when you move through the year from these newly planted garlic cloves, to a full, luscious crop, to a harvest full of celebrations, gratitude, friendships, family and sharing of the bounty! Thank you once again to Sydney Garlic Harvesters! I could not do without your expertise and dedication every year to bring these amazing bulbs to life. Its not an easy feat digging them all up manually with such care. A massive thank you and shout out to you! Also to my friends and family who joined in to help with sorting, grading and hanging them in the shed. All work was completed in a day! Absolutely amazing!

19.03.2022 When your day starts like this en-route to harvesting garlic, it can only get better. I searched for them everywhere thinking they had perished in the rain, and here they were hiding in the dog kennel! No wonder their mothers didn't have that paniced look on their faces like mine! Clever babies!

02.03.2022 The early morning rising sun beckoned me outside to listen to the beautiful sounds of nature and inspect our garlic. The time for harvesting and celebration has arrived!! A week long harvesting of garlic scapes begins tomorrow. For those who have never tried cooking with garlic scapes, this is a MUST! Stir-fries, pesto's, salad dressings, dips, frittatas, scrambled eggs, hummus, saute in olive oil... the list of this deliciousness goes on and on..... For those living near by, come out to the farm and pick them fresh for yourselves, Paddock to Plate. Local delivery. $15 /kg, $20 /2 kg, $35 / 4 kg.

13.02.2022 Roseglen Pure Gold - Fine garlic powder made from only the finest quality Monaro garlic cloves. No salt added, therefore no anti- caking agents nor flow agents. Manufacturers of garlic salt would normally use a ratio of 1 part garlic to 3-4 parts salt. Our product contains pure garlic powder, nothing more, nothing less.

26.01.2022 It was a drizzly day but determination got them all in in one day! Only the biggest and best cloves were planted. I can't wait to see what this harvest will produce! 5 They are up and away now, enjoying the last bit of warmth which is much needed for them to get started before the cold winter months set in. Patiently we will watch and wait until November's harvest. Happy to take provisional orders for the first week in December, after curing. To get us through winter, I have plenty of pure dehydrated garlic in powder form. Totally pure, nothing added, potently delicious!

10.01.2022 That time of the year is upon us again! Sorting and grading for the next crop. I forgot how many days and hours are spent sitting in the same position for hours on end opening 100's and 100's of bulbs! Looking at these massive cloves I can barely wait for the next harvest in November!

02.01.2022 Pickling of our Garlic Scapes and Garlic Cloves has begun. Garlic Scapes are the tender flowering stems rising directly from the bulbs, which are as edible and delicious as the garlic bulbs. Fabulous on chacuterie boards!
