19.01.2022 One of the many reasons I love EFT.

08.01.2022 People often ask what can EFT be used for. Well, apart from just about everything, I’ve recently used it with my 4 year old grandson. He was scared of riding his bike on a stretch of path because he had fallen off a couple of weeks before and grazed his knee. I told him it was ok to be scared and that whenever I was scared when riding my mountain bike I would do this funny thing called tapping and then I wasn’t scared anymore. He asked lots of questions about it and said we c...ould go to the path to ride. When we got there he asked if we could try the "tapping thing". We did 2 rounds; I’m scared to ride my bike, I’m scared because I hurt myself. He was then ready to ride but had a last minute change of mind. "I’m still a little bit scared Grandma. So we did one more round about being a little bit scared and then he was off! He rode the path with great confidence and kept telling me how much fun he was having. Today, he was riding at another place and he was a bit worried about riding down the ramp. He asked his mum if they could tap on it. They did one round together about being worried and off he went down the ramp at top speed. Working with children is so rewarding. They clear things so quickly and can just get on with their lives.
