20.01.2022 Rosenberg's EC Axial fan range are designed to handle large volume of air against low to medium resistance pressures. The used EC motors are characterised by a high degree of efficiency, especially in the partial load operating range. The sophisiticated electronic allows optimized control actions e.g. by head pressure. Rosenberg EC motors meet protection class IP54 and have a THCL of 155; The input voltage can range between 380V-480V and frequency from 50-60Hz, without any change in performance! They can be individually preconfigured and are easy to connect. Sickle formed profiled impellers armed with tip winglets made of die-cast aluminium result in a very low noise spectrum.

15.01.2022 Ecofit Celebrates 40th Anniversary... With A Special Guest Fan and motor manufacturer Ecofit has been a part of the Rosenberg Air Movement Group since 2002. The company was founded in 1976 and recently celebrated its 40th Anniversary in Vendome, France, higlighted by a visit from one of the country's most well-known political figures.... Nicolas Sarkozy, the former French president and current presidential candidate, toured the headquarters manufacturing plant to learn more about Ecofit fans and to help the company celebrate. At a gathering of employees and press after the tour, Mr. Sarkozy congratulated Ecofit on the company's long success as a French manufacturer with global impact. More than 75% of high-quality Ecofit products are exported to other countries. Rosenberg, Ecofit and ETRI employees and partners from around the world attended.

11.01.2022 The 13-storey Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre (VCCC) hosts up to 1,200 cancer researchers with over 3,000 employees and measuring over 25,000 square metres of dedicated research space. After its inauguration in 2016, VCCC realized its atrium is prone to gusty winds and the so-called chimney effect, resulting in a huge draught whenever the sliding doors opened. Rosenberg Australia Pty Ltd was chosen to search for an effective system to minimise draught, and the decision ...was made to use the Airtecnics TWIN DAM ECG 3000 system, which consists of two vertically installed air curtains (3m long), each equipped with 3 heating stages of 10/20/30kW and driven by highly efficient EC fans. Our Airtechnics TWIN DAM ECG 3000 air curtains stand tall, guarding the entrance of VCCC building. As requested, the units were matched to the colour of the building mullions so that they blend in. Both units are controlled via 1 CLEVER controller and 2 PCB boards, giving the operator full flexibility to operate the units individually. The units were mounted laterally opposite to each other so that the air flow outlet of unit 1 faces the air flow inlet of unit 2 and vice versa which creates an air-flow barrier to the ingress of air current through the sliding doors of the building. The units were able to minimize the draught affect and reduce air speed at the atrium. The consultants and contractors are happy with our customized solution and everyone entering and working in the building benefits from a better climate in the entrance area. The pictures show the entrance with and without our TWIN DAM ECG 3000 air curtains.

04.01.2022 Rosenberg and Ecofit’s Double Inlet Double Width (DIDW) fans are carefully designed to contain the external rotor motors within the fan housing. This saves valuable space for installations in compact units. Ecofit fans are of protection class IP44, which means the fans needs to be away from moisture and dirt to avoid motor contamination but can be made IP54 on request. However, Rosenberg motors are IP54 by standard. They come in both single and three phase models and can be ...controlled cost effectively with the help of a variable speed controller. Main features of the fan include low noise levels, low power consumption motor and efficient design of blades. The impellers can be available in both backward curved and forward curved. Application of the fans are various and is not limited to air filtration, fume control, heating and cooling coils, small air handling units, fan coil units, special effects equipment, electronic heat sink cooling.
