19.01.2022 A few weeks ago my beautiful niece Kiah married the love of her life Brock. Normally I don't take on weddings, even for family as I rather be a guest being fully present in the moment and I have a full time job which doesn't leave me much spare time. But due to covid number restrictions I agreed to capture some images of their special day and boy I'm glad I did because they turned out magnificent. It ended up being a gorgeous day in Malanda with the rain holding out for a stu...nning outdoor ceremony and reception under the stars. Kiah who was trained from a young age to be my artistic model willingly trenched through cow paddocks because I found yet another magical location with a whimsical tree. We were lucky the cows stayed away for the shoot only coming out at the end to greet the happy couple, one tried to have a nibble at the dress and another gave the groom a cheeky bite on the bottom. It made for plenty of laughs. So no I am not taking bookings for wedding photography yet due to my full time teaching job, but I still offer limited spots every month and mostly during the school holidays for other photo shoots. 06.01.2022 Poppy is not only beautiful she is incredibly smart heading off to join her sister to study medicine. Hats off to her amazing parents for raising such talented daughters. Her lovely mother Racheal also did Poppies hair and make up. I love how natural it looks.
