25.01.2022 : : : / : -... We handed this home over to our clients earlier this week. I wasn’t quick enough to video their feedback as we walked through (plus like most of us, they are a bit camera shy), but they couldn’t believe how smooth the whole process was and would happily build again (minus the logistics)!!! They were thrilled with the finish of the home, the amount of natural light filtering through, the storage they doubt they’ll fill (we’re betting they will) & the build time!! As the builder and builder’s wife, this part of the process is one of the most rewarding. We love seeing our clients excited about their move and so happy with the completed product. It’s all about creating a quality, functional home they will love to live in for decades to come. This home was custom designed to suit a 14m wide 420 square metre block. It has 5 bedrooms, 2 living areas plus an alfresco all in under 32 squares! The client brief was focused on functional living to suit the growing family. The facade was to be understated with a brick & clad combination to fit in with the more traditional brick homes in the Croydon Park neighbourhood.
