24.01.2022 Two days ago I was feeling contracted and a little anxious. Then on Tuesday night I was able to remove myself from all that was going on and joined three other women to sit in circle. And it was like a healing balm, it was stillness and wonder and simplicity. And again I marvel at how as women, we instinctively know what we need to nourish ourselves. How we always know the way home to ourselves and we can access this anytime.... 23.01.2022 I still get surprised at how the energetics of something exists sometimes long before it hits our physical plane. As I've been dreaming and weaving this circle into existence, bits and pieces have made their way into the nest as @clarefoale would say. The sacred women oil blend is one I use any time I'm connecting with and planning the circle. 15.01.2022 Do you find it difficult to make time for rest without feeling like you have to justify it?

09.01.2022 There is something supremely satisfying about drinking your morning coffee from a mug you created with your own hands. It’s been more than a hot minute since I shared anything here so I wanted to drop, assure you all I’m still alive (and show off my mad pottery skillzzzz ). 2020 was a year where we were all forced to stop and slow down to some extent, but if anything for me it was really only the pre cursor to a deeper exploration of a slower life and what that could look li...ke for me. In 2021 so far I have been giving myself SO MUCH space to feel into this and using joy as my barometer I’ve been having fun with some new hobbies, relishing family time, finding long lost creative expression and keeping my nearest and dearest peeps close after some shitty health scares last year. Time in nature has played a huge role in this slower pace. It’s becoming so clear to me how important honouring our natural rhythm is. I’m looking forward to seeing where this all leads me in the second half of this year.
