15.01.2022 Recent First floor addition at Kirrawee is taking shape nicely. The weather is holding up for the boys to construct the wall frames and soon the roof frames too. One question not often asked, what holds up the first floor? Seen in one of the photos is a subfloor footing and structural timber upgrades being installed.

Its surprising that even in this day and age, we find the lack of management of condensation in households. We need to make sure this happens in all houses...

Even though this renovation project was carried out during a worldwide pandemic, Rossmark has been managing it very well under the impact of COVID-19. The construction site was neat and tidy. 09.01.2022 Another little milestone with our Caringbah Ground floor renovation. Whilst the flooring and doors are being installed inside. Work outside the house has been progressing, with bricks matching into existing and a new deck being built.
